Room Cleaning
Our team ensures an impeccable and welcoming environment so that you feel at home throughout your stay. Room cleaning is carried out from 09:00 to 15:00. Remember to use the sign if you want to communicate that your room can be cleaned or, on the contrary, you do not want cleaning.
Check-out Time
You can stay in your room until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not available except in exceptional cases (depending on room availability) and has an additional cost (50% of the price of one night).

What time should I leave my room?
Check-out can be done until 11:00 AM, so you have enough time to prepare. In any case, if you need more time, you can leave your bags in our luggage room and enjoy a walk around the town, or be at the pool, for as long as you need.

Its color is yellow with golden iridescence, very clean and transparent. The nose is fine with tropical fruits. On the palate it is broad and dense, with an aftertaste that reminds us of the variety on a sweet background of French oak and the strong personality of American oak.

An authentic expression of the volcanic landscape of Lanzarote, made with 100% Malvasia Volcánica grapes, prepared manually and selected on tape. The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to a cooling process in chambers, followed by maceration and pressing. It is an award-winning wine (Gold Medal in Portugal Wine Trophy 2024, Gold Medal in the National Wine Competition “Pequeñas D.O.” 2024) that combines tradition and excellence. Clean and bright to the eye, with intense aromas of citrus fruits and green apple, with a refreshing and persistent acidity.
